Tye's Bio

 Tye began selling homes as soon as he received his real estate license at age 18. For a year he worked for a local brokerage in the Baytown area with mostly buyers in Mont Belvieu, Baytown, and the Houston Area. In 2006 he designed his own business plan for a new real estate company and began searching out ways to make the real estate process more efficient, less stressful for his clients, and overall more fun! It's exciting to be in the market searching for a new home, and Tye wanted to make sure his clients remembered having a great experience when working with him.

As Blackshear Realty gained recognition in Mont Belvieu and became well known for it's excellent customer service provided to buyers and sellers, Tye began hiring new agents to keep up with the demand for his company's real estate services. Tye recently moved to The Woodlands area and is serving the local residential real estate market there. Blackshear Realty covers much of the north Houston area including homes for Sale in The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Conroe, and Kingwood. Further east, the Barbers Hill School District, Mont Belvieu, Baytown, League City, Deer Park, and La Porte are all served by the Mont Belvieu, Tx. office.

Tye enjoys helping his clients purchase the perfect home, and is always looking forward to meeting new people along the way.
