New home builders in Mont Belvieu, Tx. are moving to the area! Homes are looking great and neighborhoods such as Brookstone, Lakes of Champions, and Barrow Ranch are all being built out by homebuilders. You can find homes by K. If you haven't been out to the Mont Belvieu city park, you should plan a picnic or fishing trip out there one day this week! The fishing pond is one of my favorite places to kick back and toss in a line. We've caught nice sized bass out of there, as well as some 7lb+ catfish! There are plenty of reasons to get outdoors in Mont Belvieu. The weather has been sunny and bright lately, but we are in for some rain over the next few days.
I think we will see plenty of new home builders coming to the area as Mont Belvieu grows in popularity. Because of the recent Exxon expansion, there are hundreds of new residents buying up homes and creating a high demand in Mont Belvieu. Barbers Hill ISD is a highly rated school district, and many workers moving to the area want to make sure their children attend this Texas "recognized" school district. The majority of buyers I talk with moving to the area have heard about the quality of education provide by the awesome teachers here.
